Created in London during her stay with The Noble Sage, this work perhaps begins an inquiry into the artist's (and also our) need for a sense of place and home. In one work she sprouts from a vase like a flower. In its pair, a home grows a bulbous root that in turn sits on a boat, a location that is always in transit of some kind.
